§ 42-53. Enforcement of division provisions; penalties.

The board of county commissioners is authorized to enforce all provisions of this division and to institute and maintain injunctive, civil or criminal proceedings necessary. Any person, firm or corporation violating the provisions of this division, in addition to other penalties described by law, shall be subject to the provisions of section 1-10.
