§ 56-5. Municipal participation.

The provisions of this article shall apply to capital facilities impact construction within the county as more fully described herein for each impact fee. Provided, however, the provisions of this article shall not be enforced within a municipality unless the county and the municipality enter into an interlocal agreement setting forth the terms and conditions under which the provisions of this article shall be implemented within the municipality.
