§ 56-24. Imposition of emergency medical system impact fees.

(a)

All emergency medical system impact construction occurring within the county shall pay the emergency medical system impact fee established pursuant to this article, at the time of issuance of a building permit for such emergency medical system impact construction.

All emergency medical system impact construction occurring within the county that submits a complete application for a building permit on or after January 1, 2009, shall not be required to pay the emergency medical system impact fees imposed by this section pursuant to section 56-142. The collection of emergency medical system impact fees shall resume upon expiration of the suspension period as provided in subsection 56-142(f) herein.
