§ 56-63. Adoption of correctional facilities impact fee study.

The county hereby adopts and incorporates by reference, the study entitled "Columbia County Correctional Facilities Impact Fee Study" dated May 2007, prepared by government service group, including the assumptions, conclusions and findings in such study as to the determination of anticipated costs of the additions to the correctional facilities required to accommodate growth. The correctional facilities impact fee study is attached hereto as appendix C, which is adopted as if fully set out herein and is on file and available for inspection in the office of the city clerk.
