§ 66-38. Penalties for violation of article.

Latest version.

Any person or entity deemed to be in violation of this article may be charged with a misdemeanor and, if convicted, shall be punished as provided in section 1-10. Also, any violation may be heard and ruled upon by the county code enforcement board.
